CHARLOTTE, N.C. (October 18, 2012) – Every home needs periodic maintenance and upgrades to keep it looking its best.

Since May 2010, At Home in the Carolinas (blog.allentate.com) , the official blog of Allen Tate Company, has been the home for all things Carolinas. Readers have enjoyed more than 550 blog posts from a variety of authors, with topics ranging from chicken wings and Krispy Kreme doughnuts to home improvement and local events and attractions.

We’ve recently “remodeled,” and Allen Tate is pleased to re-launch At Home in the Carolinas, with a new blog platform and the addition of an online newsroom section. The improved blog features an enhanced search function, new design, more categories and an easy-to-use archive of past entries. In the Newsroom section (accessible via the blog or directly at newsroom.allentate.com), readers will find news and resources on all things Tate – press releases, recent media articles, home tips, videos, graphics and more.

“We appreciate your support of At Home in the Carolinas, and helping it to evolve as a fun, informative, go-to resource. While you’ll certainly find helpful real estate information here, you’ll find a wealth of information about community, quality of life and more,” said Pat Riley, president and chief operating officer, Allen Tate Company.
