Allen Tate Company Names Sandra Paul As Branch Leader of Chapel Hill/Durham Office

Sandra PaulAllen Tate Company, the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Sandra Paul as branch leader of the company’s Chapel Hill/Durham office at 101 Cosgrove Avenue, Suite 170, in Chapel Hill.

In her new role, Paul will oversee branch operations, management and training of more than 25 Allen Tate agents and staff.

Paul is a career professional with more than 25 years of real estate and new homes experience, including positions as sales manager, director of sales and marketing and vice-president of sales. Prior to her real estate career, she worked as a high school English and French teacher.

An active and engaged industry professional, Paul is a member of the Greater Chapel Hill Board of Realtors and the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors. She holds designations as a North Carolina Real Estate Broker and Broker-in-Charge; is a member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM); and is a Certified Site Professional (CSP).

She is an active member of Greystone Baptist Church, where she teaches Sunday School; and volunteer/ fundraiser for Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Clinic at Duke and the Susan G. Komen Foundation. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in secondary education from Meredith College.

Paul and her husband, Jim, reside in Raleigh. They have three grown sons.
